FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER PKR 3000

ENSURING THE HEALTH OF ALL OUR CUSTOMERS IS OUR PRIORITY. OUR COURIER COMPANIES HAVE ADAPTED DELIVERY PROCESSES TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE SECURE.

DUE TO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, STRIKES, ETC., THE DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. YOUR PATIENCE IN THIS REGARD WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED. OUR STAFF WILL KEEP YOU POSTED ABOUT YOUR ORDER.

 Please note:

  • Free shipping on all orders over PKR 3000
  • PKR 200 delivery charges will apply on orders below PKR 3000
  • Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
  • Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • The courier delivers parcels between 9am and 5pm. 
  • Our shipping partners include Post Ex, TCS, Call Courier, and FastEx.
  • When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.
  • If there is not a secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have a package delivered to your place of business. Please use the company name in the ‘Address 1’ field.
  • All parcels originate from our dispatch warehouse in Lahore.
